I was taught from an early age in the field. Hard work, harvesting fruit, almonds or olives, depending on the season that the harvest was done. I've seen my grandparents, my parents and my sisters working, all together to have this land always in perfect conditions. Receivers of a millenary culture developed around olive cultivation and processing of the best olive oils. A land that has now come to give me the reins and keep working it.

Our processes are focused on getting the highest quality, using a cold compressing within hours of harvest to get an Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
