Our History
Farmer's daughter and granddaughter, the love for the fields is in my heart.
I was taught from an early age in the field. Hard work, harvesting fruit, almonds or olives, depending on the season that the harvest was done. I've seen my grandparents, my parents and my sisters working, all together to have this land always in perfect conditions. Receivers of a millenary culture developed around olive cultivation and processing of the best olive oils. A land that has now come to give me the reins and keep working it.
With a renewed and modern style 
is born, a company that is aware of the growing concern of the client to consume healthy and natural products. Therefore we give the consumer the best of our harvest of olives.
Our processes are focused on getting the highest quality, using a cold compressing within hours of harvest to get an Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
